Refund Policy

At maestrocars, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every vehicle purchase. Due to the nature of automotive sales, our policy is designed to comply with state laws while providing transparency and fairness. Below is our returns and refunds policy:

1. General Terms

• No “Cooling-Off” Period:
  • Once a vehicle purchase is finalized, it is legally binding unless otherwise stated in your contract or required by state law.

2. Used Vehicles Sold “As-Is”

• Most used cars are sold without a warranty (as permitted by law).
• All sales are final unless return agreement is provided.
• If you’re experiencing issues with your vehicle, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve any problems or concerns.
• If the vehicle is deemed a lemon under New Texas’ Lemon Law, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement vehicle. Please see our Lemon Law disclosure for more information.

3. Refund Policy

• If you’re eligible for a refund under Texas’ Lemon Law, we’ll provide a full refund of the purchase price, minus any deductions for excessive wear and tear or mileage.
• All refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the vehicle in its original condition.
• If unsatisfied, contact us within 3 days to discuss buyback options (subject to approval and no damage or alterations restrictions).

4. Exchange Policy

• We don’t offer direct exchanges for vehicles. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we can discuss potential alternatives, such as selling your current vehicle and purchasing a new one from us subject to;
  • No damage or alterations.
  • Valid proof of purchase.

5. Lemon Law Protections

• If your vehicle has repeated unfixable defects, state Lemon Laws may apply.
• We comply with all federal and state regulations (Texas’ Lemon Law ).
